(2024) This first painting of 2024 shows a new and somewhat more sophisticated direction in my work. An interesting exploration of the small things in our natural world that is part of the whole. "Fragment From Beyond" was born from a small detail I spotted in one of my other paintings, "Beyondering". It was quite fascinating to discover that all the smaller building blocks in my paintings actually are artworks in themselves.
