The places I have seen here in South East Queensland (so far!) are beyond incredible. The vast mountain ranges, the summits with breathtaking views, the creeks and the deep forests. I am so lucky to live in this part of the world where nature just keeps on giving. I have so much more to explore, and so many more mountains to conquer and paintings to paint. The mountains have been such an inspiration for me this year and I feel this painting is showing the essence of my most recent experiences at the Scenic Rim in South East Queensland. Those incredible mountain ranges and peaks I just love to explore. There is no better feeling than getting to the top of a mountain experiencing the sense of freedom and knowing that the adventure has only just begun!
